These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyBudgetFlow (the "Service"), provided by MyBudgetFlow ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99/month, billed through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes apply only to future billing periods.
• Promo codes, including lifetime access codes, are subject to the terms provided with the code.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's security or infrastructure.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account without authorization.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the financial data and other content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is a tool to help you organize financial information and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBudgetFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
